Welcome to 3dTapia. This website is operated by 3dTapia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 3dTapia. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Customization and Accuracy

For all personalized products (such as custom names):

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including correct spelling and color selection.
Compound Names: Please note that compound names or multiple words will be joined with a connecting hyphen as part of the structural 3D design.
We print exactly what is entered in the personalization box. We are not responsible for typos or errors made by the customer.

2. 3D Printing Characteristics

By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of 3D printing technology (FDM):

Products are created layer by layer. Minor surface textures, visible layer lines, or small aesthetic imperfections are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
Our products are made from resistant PLA, a bio-plastic. While durable, they should be kept away from extreme heat sources (such as direct sunlight inside a car or near heaters) to avoid deformation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Free shipping applies to domestic orders over $25.
International orders are handled exceptionally via email inquiry, and all customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

As stated in our Refund Policy, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of 3dTapia. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications to Prices and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Florida.
