Thank you for choosing 3dTapia We are committed to delivering our custom 3D printed designs to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Shipment Processing Time
As each item is meticulously 3D printed to order, our standard processing time is 2-5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

In the event of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Domestic Shipping & Rates

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $25.

Delivery Estimate: For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days once shipped.

Tracking: All domestic orders include a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
3. International Shipping Inquiries
While we primarily focus on domestic shipping, we may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For any international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied by their country. 3dTapia is not responsible for these additional charges.
4. Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our studio. The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
If your 3D printed item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist you with a replacement or a claim.
